James is a character that was introduced during the Off to Iberia quest from Bashak. This character can be found at Sagres Point until the In The Post quest is completed. He later appears in Nanjing, and later in Macau.
Character Background[]
James is an old friend of Bashak's. He organizes a trip to Nanjing, China, setting sail from Sagres Point, Portugal. He has a brother, Henry, who does not accompany him on the voyage.
He meets you again in Yushu to discuss his new tea business, and assumes you've fallen on hard times because you're working in the Cafe Moonbeam.
